As a therapist and school psychologist with years of experience supporting children, teens, and families, I draw from evidence-based approaches and real-world strategies to help clients:

  • Build coping skills for intense feelings and overwhelm

  • Increase interoceptive awareness (understanding what the body is telling the brain)

  • Use CBT and DBT-informed strategies to manage thoughts and behaviors

  • Use mindfulness and sensory supports to stay grounded

  • Create personalized regulation plans for home and school

I also coach parents and caregivers in supportive discipline, emotional scaffolding, and how to co-regulate in high-stress moments—because no one can do this alone.
